  I really like this place as they are very quick and also send referral as well as the medication prescriptions on phone so need to visit them again and again. Dr. Joyce is wonderful and the lady on reception has very good attitude and she is pretty nice.

  Dr Joyce is amazing! First time in my life that I’ve felt like the doctor is actually thorough and listens to me. Reception are always so lovely as well. Very happy to have finally found a permanent doctor

  Dr khan (female doctor) is a wonderful lady. We took my 3 year old who is terrified of doctors after an operation, and she was so sweet and kind, that he instantly fell in love. I don't know about other doctors here, but if you can get in to see Dr Khan, you will be very happy. Much shorter wait times than most Ballarat doctors. A +++

  ABSOULTE NON-SENSE!!!
  Personally, I wouldn't visit here ever again and will visit my GP back in Melbourne. I wouldn't have left this bad review if I could see other doctors, not the one I saw. However, the reception was awesome and friendly :)
  
  The doctor I saw was not good. She didn't know the accurate information and insisted on the wrong one, making me feel embarrassed. Also, she asked me to visit next time if I want to ask my question which is ridiculous haha.
  
  Plus, she didn't try her best to arrange the best option for me and gave me extra time/money consuming ways which I didn't need to do at the gp back in Melbourne.

  As a patient from out of Ballarat, got an appointment very easily and promptly. Doctor was thorough in his examination, answered questions clearly - even drew a diagram to explain. Diagnosis was correct and rapid improvement.
